لیست مجلات نامعتبر و فاقد اعتبار وزارت علوم
لیست مجلات نامعتبر و فاقد اعتبار وزارت علوم :
از آنجایی که در سال های اخیر ارزیابی دانشجویان در پایان نامه ها و رساله های دکتری، مصاحبه های دکتری، ارتقای اعضای محترم هیات علمی دانشگاه ها به میزان قابل ملاحظه ای به پذیرش و چاپ مقالات در مجلات معتبر وابسته است، لذا وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری از اسفند ماه سال 1391 شروع به معرفی مجلات فاقد اعتبار، بلک لیست blacklist جعلی نموده است. بطوریکه در آن تاریخ تعداد 197 مجله نمایه شده در ISI، WOS، Scopus ، JCR و … به عنوان مجلات فاقد اعتبار و یا لیست سیاه و بلک لیست و جعلی hijacked معرفی گردید.
در واقع این نشریات بطور مداوم توسط کارشناسان و هیئت ممیزه وزارت علوم مورد پایش قرار گرفته و مجلاتی که کیفیت مورد انتظار را نداشته اند، فاقد اعتبار تشخیص داده شده اند. بطور کلی این دسته از مجلات هر مقاله در هر رشته ای با هر کیفیتی با دریافت هزینه به چاپ می رسانند. بنابراین بهتر است دانشجویان، محققان و اساتید دانشگاه قبل از ارسال مقالات خود به این مجلات از لیست اعلام شده وزارت علوم تحت عنوان فهرست نشریات نامعتبر خارجی وزارت علوم قابل دانلود در سایت http://www.msrt.ir/fa/rppc/Pages/Files/InvalidForeignPublications.aspx مجله مورد نظر خود را مورد بررسی قرار دهند چرا که چاپ مقاله در این دسته از مجلات علاوه بر هزینه مالی که محقق متحمل می شود، خسارات جبران ناپذیری بر شهرت محقق وارد می نماید و امتیازی به این دسته از مجلات در مصاحبه دکتری، نمره پایان نامه، ارتقا اعضای محترم هیئت علمی از طرف دانشگاه تعلق نخواهد گرفت.
